Evolution Unit Reflection:
During the Evolution unit this year, our STEM sophomores as a whole have learned many different things.
3.) From this unit, I was able to make comparisons between humans to fish when I noticed that over a very very long timeline, fish gills developed into the ears we have today.
4.) The dissections were definitely the most fun in my book.
5.) This unit helped me become curious about the evolution we may learn in the future of this class. It made me ponder how/ what humans may change into over the course of the rest of our evolution. Possibly the human species will be unrecognizable to what we are today
- During this unit, I've learned:
- -Transitional species who lived in the past, linking species through DNA and through evolution.
- - differences and similarities present between humans and fish.
- -Similar traits between perceived unrelated organisms on our planet today.
